Your responsibilities
- Provide telephone and written customer support
- Assist customers with contracts, tariffs, invoices, products, and services
- Answer service requests related to electricity and gas connections
- Support customers in using online portals
- Receive and process fault reports
- Maintain and update customer data in internal systems
- Help customers feel well advised, supported, and satisfied
What we expect from you
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Good computer skills and confidence using common PC applications
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
