What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers reporting insurance claims;
- Review, assess, and process claims in line with company policies and procedures;
- Gather relevant information by communicating with customers and other involved parties;
- Evaluate coverage and determine claim outcomes based on available documentation;
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, brokers, claimants, and third parties throughout the claims process;
- Ensure all claim records are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Greek (C1) and English (B2) proficiency;
- Previous experience in Customer Support or a customer-facing role;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
