Your responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and written customer support
- Assist customers with contracts, tariffs, invoices, products, and services
- Answer service-related inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain and update customer data in internal systems
- Help customers feel well advised, supported, and satisfied
- What we expect from you
- Excellent German language skills — C1 level, spoken and written
- Good computer skills and confidence using common PC applications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in sales and customer consultation
- Motivation to develop professionally
