Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide support in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of Solar panels hardware issues;
  • Provide updates to the knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls;
  • Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate department;

Your strengths to win the position:

  • Fluent in German;
  • Good level of English (B2 and above);
  • Previous Technical experience;
  • Always ready to learn new things and support others.
