Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Provide support in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of Solar panels hardware issues;
- Provide updates to the knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls;
- Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate department;
Your strengths to win the position:
- Fluent in German;
- Good level of English (B2 and above);
- Previous Technical experience;
- Always ready to learn new things and support others.
