You’ll be working as a 1st level technical support consultant. 

The issues you’ll be solving will be mainly hardware and the communication itself might be both written and verbal.
Once you’re done with your training, you’ll be able to diagnose and troubleshoot different technical problems
One of your main responsibilities will be to provide updates to the company’s database.

Your strengths to win the position:

  •  Fluency in Dutch;
  •  Good level of English (B2 and above);
  •  Previous Technical experience will be considered an advantage;
  •  Always ready to learn new things and support others.
