Your main responsibilities:
- Leading a small team of Trading Support Executives by ensuring all peoplemanagement responsibilities are completed in a diligent manner;
- Working with the Senior Trading Support Manager and Trading Support Manager to onboard new starters in a structured & comprehensive manner;
- Producing regular reports showing the team’s activity and performance against
set KPI’s and presenting these to the Trading Support Manager.
Your strengths to win the position:
- Fluency in English /spoken and written/;
- Previous experience in the Sportsbook industry;
- Operating as a 24/7 support team, there will be a requirement to work during unsociable hours around the sporting calendar;
- Ability to thrive under pressure; can deal with volatile situations calmly and
without stress to make quick and accurate decisions.
