Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the Quality Analyst team;
- Prepare and analyze internal and external Quality reports for management;
- Actively identify key areas in need of improvement;
- Participate in calibration sessions with the client and meet with team leaders and managers.
- Aim to ensure that every product or service a company provides meets a certain set of standards.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Quality Team Leader or Manager;
- Experience in a BPO environment is a Must;
- Self-motivated and dynamic person;
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal), presentation, and organizational skills;
- Excellent logical and analytical reasoning
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
