  • Supervision of the Quality Analyst team;
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external Quality reports for management;
  • Actively identify key areas in need of improvement;
  • Participate in calibration sessions with the client and meet with team leaders and managers.
  • Aim to ensure that every product or service a company provides meets a certain set of standards.


  • Experience as a Quality Team Leader  or Manager;
  • Experience in a BPO environment is a Must;
  • Self-motivated and dynamic person;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal), presentation, and organizational skills;
  • Excellent logical and analytical reasoning
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
