The role focus will be client support of Microsoft applications operating on Microsoft Operating Systems and products. Your role will be to support client companies for technical issues related to the performance and usage of IT products and services. You will keep track of service requests and whenever needed, you will also escalate issues to Technical Leads as per the established internal processes and standards using a ticketing help desk system.
- Managing requests for hardware or software issues;
- Verifying entitlement and setting escalations to the relevant department;
- Updating customer service information and doing follow-up activities.
We would expect from you:
- French language skills;
- Good level of English – B1;
- Availability to take full-time training;
