Our client is a well-known brand in the telecommunication and technology area, providing end-to-end client solutions. For its growing back-office sales team I am looking for a consultant with German.
Responsibilities:
- Consult German customers regarding purchasing process and sales administration;
- Communicate via email and phone;
- Communicate with third parties when it is necessary;
- Observe company standards in sales process;
- Keep good track of records
Requirements:
- Fluency in German;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Previous customer service experience and experience with ERPs like SAP and others will be an advantage;
