Our client is a well-known brand in the telecommunication and technology area, providing end-to-end client solutions. For its growing back-office sales team I am looking for a consultant with German.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult German customers regarding purchasing process and sales administration;
  • Communicate via email and phone;
  • Communicate with third parties when it is necessary;
  • Observe company standards in sales process;
  • Keep good track of records

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills;
  • Previous customer service experience and experience with ERPs like SAP and others will be an advantage;
